INFRAGAS® has collaborated with great satisfaction with the Spanish company CABYCAL for the application of RHT pre-mixed infrared radiant heaters for the pre-heating and sintering of metal components. The installation of the RHT INFRAGAS® allowed the end user to achieve a curing cycle reduction by 80% with consequent energy and economic savings. Preheating performed with RHT radiant heaters allows finishes with high thicknesses over 800 micron of paint powder for parts with requirements of high resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
